Here is the official tweet of the announcement –

The registration window for the 3rd session of JEE Main has been opened now. Students can fill their application form on jeemain.nta.nic.in. The application window for the 3rd session will be available from 6th July to 8th July, and the Application window for the 4th session will be available from 9th July to 12th July.

In the 3rd session, only the paper 2(B.E./B.Tech) exam will be conducted. Paper 1 (B.Arch./B.Planning) candidates have to wait for the 4th session to give the exam.

The final merit list of JEE Main will be announced on 9th August based on the evaluation of all 4 JEE Main sessions.

The education minister also announced that the number of exam center has been doubled for the upcoming sessions to ensure social distancing during exams for the 3rd and 4th sessions. Students can apply for a change in the exam center. Admit cards for both the remaining sessions are expected to be available after the application window closes.

NTA also said that students who have already applied for the 3rd session exam can change or modify their form during the application window opening. No separate window will be provided for application form correction.

Now the JEE main exam dates have been announced and there isn’t much time left for preparation. Candidates should focus more on the revision of the subjects by creating a revision plan for each subject and follow it. Practice online mock tests regularly and solve previous year’s papers to have a better understanding of the exam pattern and last-minute edge over your competition. And the most important part is to take care of your health by balancing your diet and doing a little exercise daily to be active mentally and physically.
