Many aspirants never give attention to their health while preparing for any exam. They frequently make this error because they overlook the truth that only a physically fit physique can keep them interested in years-long preparation.

Don’t forget to look after yourself. Make time to engage in some form of physical activity, such as running or yoga, or any other physical activity that you may like. Make sure you eat healthy foods and limit your intake of junk food to a bare minimum.

Not to forget that we are going through some extraordinary times, with the pandemic affecting us more than ever. In such times, it’s paramount to keep a check on your health. If you can manage to take care of your health, your body can fight off any disease.

2. Taking Breaks

Another habit that many aspirants don’t take seriously. The best thing you can do for yourself is making a habit of taking regular breaks in between your studies. This will provide your brain with the necessary rest and rejuvenation time.
